I received this book today and quickly looked through it. I usually tag or turn down the pages of recipes that I would like to fix. I didn’t do that in this book because I like EVERY recipe!! I am going to get a second one for my daughter-in-law!!

I love Gooseberry Patch cookbooks & I have been collecting them for many years. 101 Slow-Cooker Recipes is one of my most used cookbooks. It is full of delicious & easy recipes and each one has a colorful photo. Some of our favorites that I have made time & time again include Tahitian Rice Pudding, Hawaiian Kielbasa, Chipotle Shredded Beef, Bayou Chicken, Best-Ever Lasagna, Ham & Ranch Potatoes, and Down-Home Chicken & Noodles. Our youngest son was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and luckily I have had an easy time converting most of my gooseberry patch recipes into gluten-free versions.

I have enjoyed Gooseberry Patch cookbooks for years. I was so excited to see that they are making their titles available for my Kindle. 101 Slow-Cooker Recipes is a WONDERFUL book, especially as an eBook! You will LOVE this book.
